TO:  Region, Department, State and Chapter Commanders

The Annual Report of New Officers Installed is due at National Headquarters no later than July 30, 2010.  Early submissions will facilitate the early publication of the 2010-2011 National Directory and, in addition, this information will also be posted to the MOWW website. Subsequent changes to this directory are posted every Friday.  If elections were not held, so indicate, but still complete the report and forward the information to National Headquarters.   Email (moww@comcast.net) and FAX (703) 683-4501 reports will be accepted. Telephone reports are not acceptable.
