BG Roger C. Bultman

At national headquarters, BG Bultman is not only the leader of the staff, but also functions as the Editor-in-Chief of Officer Review magazine. His primary concerns are the daily management of the Order, its financial solvency, promotion programs, extra relations with military services and other veteran organizations, upcoming meetings and events, and membership support functions.

R. Ken Staples

Ken supports the Chief of Staff in the administration of the National Headquarters by maintaining all accounting and audit records, merchandise inventory, computer automation, developing membership programs and maintain the Order’s website.  He manages the day-to-day operations of the Headquarters to include the staff.   His background is in computer programming, which enables him to develop programs to provide requested data in various formats to all echelons.  For the last 18 years, he has kept our computers "up and running," by performing equipment repairs. He is always looking at new hardware and software developments that will enhance the present operations of our headquarters.  In addition, Ken is also MOWW's Web Site Manager and Designer.

Margaret Jute

Margaret joined the National Headquarters Staff on June 1st, 2005.  Margaret retired from the U.S. Air Force after serving 20 years.  She is the "new" voice responding to companions of the Order that are calling in for merchandise, access to documents and policy interpretations.  Margaret's responsibilities includes carrying out the administrative functions of the Order; providing direct support to Chapters  and maintenance of the master database file and supporting reports.
