Enclosed are a proposed budget, a proposed curriculum in detail, and other documents supporting request. 

It is understood that approval means continued contact with the PEC to assure sanctioning, obtaining insurance certification etc.   It is also understood that disapproval prohibits use of the MOWW name, logo, insurance, or national sanctioning.
